Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
I was given an offer letter that spelled out my comensation and bonus level. I acheived bonus level, but am now told that it will not be honored. Does that make my non compete void since that was part of the condition of employment and spelled out in the offer letter?

This seems to be a clear cut case of breach. However, "seems to be" has to be the same as "is" for the breach to become fact. Spend a little time with a lawyer before you pull the trigger.
