pay day for employees

How soon after an employee quits or is fired does the employer have to give them their paycheck? Our current company policy is they must wait two weeks from the day they quit (if given no notice) or are fired.

R 408.9007 Payment of wages on termination.

Rule 7. (1) An employer shall pay all wages due an employee who quits or is discharged, except for an employee who was engaged in the hand harvesting of crops, on the regularly scheduled payday for the period in which the termination occurs.
