Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

I am a Pediatric Resident at Grosse Pointe, Detroit. I started 1st year in July 2011. Right now I have some issues with the program and they are terminating my contract in 1 year. First they created story that I dont understand . They did psychological evaluation for me and they said my abstract thinking is lacking. I requested second evaluation and the second psychologist said that the first one did not evaluate me properly and the results are not valid. still waiting for the 2nd evaluation report. They are torturing me and exploiting me saying you are not fit for medical practise. pls give some legal advice.
