can a misdimener of retail fraud in the 2nd degeree be removed from my recored before five years if it is greatly affecting my ability to get a job?

No. If you were not represented by an attorney at court, you might have a chance to get it set aside and retried. If you were under 21 at the time of arrest, you might have been eligible for a deferral.
