Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
Required breaks?
My job offers it employees (full and part time) 10 minute breaks for every shift shorter than 10 hours and more than 4 hours. Do they need to be providing more? I've looke don a coule other sites and can't seem to get a straight answer.

It's most likely a mater of negotiation. Whether there is a right for more, doubtful. The website address won't make it through the system so google "michigan dleg"
