Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
My son, who is disabled, is being sued by a hospital for an injury that happened at work over six years ago. Can they ? I thought employers were responsible for medical bills. We never had communication from the hospital.

Contact the Macomb County Bar Association for the name of a Workers Compensation Attorney. Costs for treatment of a worker injured on the job should be paid by the employer.
