Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Which state to sue former employer-I worked in Michigan-Company office is located in Missouri?

I recently left a company that only has one office located in Missouri. I worked from a remote office located in my home in Michigan. I was a sales rep and closed deals for the company in Michigan. Payroll and other taxes were paid in Michigan. Upon leaving the company I was informed that they are not going to pay me my last two weeks pay, commissions, outstanding expenses (submitted and approved before leaving) or vacation pay.

My question is does anyone know if I can sue the company in Michigan or do I have to travel to the state where they office is located?
