Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
I was terminated from an at will employer.I performed weatherization for a government agency called 5 cap.The company i worked for held a contract with 5 cap.I fulfilled all the requirements of working for this agency and have a stellar reference from the program director and yet i have been terminated and the owner stated that it was because my crew was not making him enough money.Should i look into a wrongful termination lawsuit or is the at will ironclad?

At-will means exactly that. You have the same right to terminate your employment at-will for any reason.
Only if your termination would not have taken place but for your race, sex, age, religion, national origin, etc. would you have a case.
