Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
I have been told several times in the past that in Michigan, a verbal agreement is considered a binding contract between two people. Is this true if a superior makes a promise to an employee in the presence of another superior?

It all depends on the context. Some verbal agreements ate void because of the statute of frauds. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
