I'm being asked to sign a confidentiality document at work with regard to not discussing a particular system because of sensitive data. Should I sign....All Rights Reserved ''Without Prejudice ucc1-207'' followed by my signature ?

its one of those things, how much do you like your job? The employer can require an employee to sign a confidentiality agreement after employment has begun.
