Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
My wife cleans houses and apartments for a living. One of the men she cleaned for kept groping her and pressing his erection against her. He would offer her money for sex and kept offering to film us having sex. She was very clear many times about how nothing would happen between them and that his language was really bothering her. It would not stop. She quit cleaning for him but since we live in the same apartment community as he does he just waits until night and stands outside our door and talks about sex. She has screamed at him to leave and he just says that he knows she wants it. He see's her on the street and shows her his erection and tells her its hard as a diamond for her. He has told her he plans on filming us having sex somehow so he has more that a memory to masturbate to. Its like he is always around when ever she leaves or does laundry or gets our mail. I am permanently disabled and can not do much to put him off. He told her he has no problem rapeing women because he did that alot when he was in the army over seas. Seeing as how she cleans apartments for herself and not a company he said there is nothing she can do about it because its her word against his. What can we do legally. can we sue him or something?

"He see's her on the street and shows her his erection" is enough to get him arrested if he's actually exposing his penis.
