Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
Hello I am wondering if my employeer can mandate its emploees to provide transportation to clients in our personal cars. I am conserned about liability in the event of a accident.

As long as you are properly insured, it should not be a problem. Your employer could also be sued under a few theories also. You might ask your employer if his insurance policy covers employee's personal vehicles used on company business. If it doesn't, I wouldn't make it an issue since your policy should cover you IF there is no coverage exclusion for business use.
