Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Work Environment

My new boss has created a very uncomfortable work environment-he is a loose cannon and will blow up out of nowhere and throw papers all around while yelling at people. He makes up his own rules even though we work for a large company that has very clear policies. If he sees you even talking to someone he goes up to that person as soon as you walk away and wants to know exactly what the conversation was about-he is very paraniod. I am loosing sleep and am barely eating-I have loved my job for 3years and now I am not even comfortable to be in the same room as him. I went to his boss and she told me that it was my problem not his. Can anything be done?
