Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
I work fro a company that has a policy that states an employee who causes damage to a guest vehicle must be drug tested withn a 24hr period. This situation happened to me. Recently another employee in my department crashed a vehicle, and nothing has been done. Is this grounds for a lawsuit.

If you can prove that you were treated unfairly because of your race, sex, religion, etc., you might have a case except you have no damages.
Otherwise, you have no case. Employers are not obligated to treat everyone the same.
