I work at subway and i normy will work eight hour and don't get a break is that legal?

Hard to believe you're on your feet for 8 straight hours w/o a break. No, it's not legal, but consider how things will go at work if you file a complaint with the Wage/Hour Commission who will take months to get around to your problem even though it'll notify your boss immediately.
It'd be better if you talked to the boss first.
