Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

My work suspended me for three days without pay for internet over usage, I argued that I opened the internet ad forgot to close it when I left my desk, they did not buy this. Could I use the fact the I was diagnosed as ADHD to get the suspension reversed or at least removed for my records? also do I have any legal action if they refuse?

Could I use the fact the I was diagnosed as ADHD to get the suspension reversed or at least removed for my records?

ANS: Well, you could try, but since you were probably warned about this a few times before and said nothing about being ADHD, they won't buy it.

... also do I have any legal action if they refuse?

ANS: Anybody can try anything, but I wouldn't advise it. You don't seem to have a case.
