i have worked at art van for several years now and the past couple of months my manager has been yelling at me and threatened my job for not being clean shaven and for having hair stick up after i remove my work hat can he discipline me or terminate me for these reasons

If those are the reasons and you are not in a union, then yes. That is not protected behavior under the law.
