Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan
Working for the same company for 30 years, owner/boss recently shouted/screamed at me using very vulgar language because he was in a "bad mood" Is this verbal harrassment and can a suit be filed?
This has happened in the past to several of long term employees.

Having a "sensitive" employee like you working for his company for 30 long years was bound to get to him sooner or later. Verbal harassment is not unlawful.
