wrongful termination fire at will without due process

i was officially terminated as of 2 days before thanksgiving over false alligations made by another employee who had no eyewitnesses in anything she stated also falsely accused me of following her home in a car i don't even own i have a truck she made up a storty like that to get me fired there was no police report ever filed in that case either.i filed a grivence with the union and went thru arbitraion process which in turn took untill 2 days before thanksgiving to tell me the arbitraitor ruled in the companys favor which is over a year. i was called to office on day she made alligations to the supervisor and i stated i wanted a union representative with me and was denied that by the resource i was told to go home so i did with no further problems i however reported to work next day as usual and was told i was suspended. i need to find attorney seeking to file defamaton of charcter and wrongful termination against my company i worked for.

You should be able to find an attorney to take this case, but in the meantime, make sure you file all your union grievances and a case with the EEOC. The company has the right to fire you at any time, subject to the union protections, so the union is your first stop.
