Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
In 2009, I was awarded a money judgment against a tenant for non payment of rent. My question is two part. First, on all of the paperwork filed with the court it has listed myself and my (ex) husband, on the judgment it only lists him. Can I still persue the judgment and if so, what is the next step I take in collecting on the judgment. I didn't know where the tenant moved to at the time and I now have a current address and phone number for him.

If the judgment is only in his name, I would say no. Unless this was decided in your divorce judgment, he can enforce it only.
