Is it abandonment when your renter lives somewhere else but left there 15 year old son and they haven?t been paying any rent and I can?t get in touch with them?

if their belongings are there still , including theor minor children, then the simple answer is no because you can\'t prove that they are not living in both places. You ought to file a notice to quit and proceed accordingly rather than pursuing a risky argument of abandonment.
