Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
accident
I had a sign on my property, it blew over and hit a truck. Insurance deductable is too high. Should I make check to person or repair company. Should I write up some type of waiver?

Re: accident
The truck owner should submit the claim to his insurance company which can then come to you and/or your insurance company. If you want to keep the entire event out of knowledge of insurance company, then it may be a good idea to pay the repair company and write up a waiver.
