adult child with address same as parent

does a adult child living with her mother who moves out then comes back to home and breaks in door to enter have the right to do so. I'm asking question for my sister who does not have access to a pc.

No. From the facts stated, she is not a tenant of the property and has no right to be on the property. She has committed a crime, breaking and entering and can be criminally prosecuted as well as civilly prosecuted for any damages.
