Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
Is an agreement, that was met via mail, a legally binding lease? (There were no specific clauses, just the monthly fee and the duration)

If the agreement contains all of the essential terms of the lease, the property, the term, the rate and the parties, then it is probably binding. If you aren't sure, you should have a real estate attorney review it, or any other lease you might want to execute.
