Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I am looking at buying a home in Michigan. The owner has renters. I am trying to find out if she can terminate their rental agreement in the winter months. I want this home to live in and do not want ot deal with the renters. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
