Early lease termination
I need to terminate my current lease agreement 6months early, To relocate to opposit side of state. I need to know what if any laws would protect me from having to pay any termination fees.

Probably not unless you can find a problem with the lease itself. That is the risk you take when you sign a lease. A lease is a contract and there are no laws to protect you from a contract you entered into willingly, absent the usual breach of contract defenses which are too complicated to go into here.
Your best bet may be to explain to your situation to your landlord and try to work something out that would be a compromise.
