how can you evict a live in girlfriend of 4 years and she has children?

If you are the owner or the Lessee of the property, AND she is not an owner or a Lessee, then you have the right to evict her. It doesn't matter if she has children unless, of course, if any of them are your children. Give her written notice, and if she doesn't vacate, go to court for a court order.
