evicted
the trailer park my brother lives in is evicting everyone who owns a dog. is this legal? before my brother lived there no dogs were allowed. but they changed their mind and let people live there with a dog. so he has lived there a year with a dog. and now they decided everyone who lives there with a dog must get rid of there dogs or get out. can they do this?

A landlord is entitled to change the terms of the lease, however he must honor any unexpired lease terms. In other words, he cannot change the terms of any lease that has not ended, but at the time of renewal, he can.
