Can i hold lot rent in a escrow acount due to the landlord - seller of a new mobile home for not repairing a leaky roof and falling ceiling.

Do you have two separate contracts? One for the lot rent, and one for the purchase/sale of the mobile home? If so, you cannot default on one contract to force compliance with the second.
