Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

My husband left two days ago and I have not heard from him since. I want to take him off the lease of our house we are renting? How do I handle taking him off of the lease and still be within the law

You can't. The landlord wants both of you on the lease and I'm sure they won't voluntarily release a responsible party to a lease obligation. www.kliszlaw.com
