landlord demands

I own a trailer in a park. The park sold it to me. Now, 7 years later, they say I must repaint my shed to match my trailer. Shouldn't they have done that before they sold it to me? Do I have any recourse?

The requirement of a shed matching the home is frequently required in parks. Ask to see the association documents or park rules to see if that requirement is in there and if the rule existed when you purchased.
