Does a landlord have the right to give only a week to the family of a desceased tenant to clean out his belongings?

Heck no! The estate needs to be evicted in court like any other tenant. If the landlord self evicted, they could be sued fit damages. Get an attorney on board if necessary. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
