letting a person to move into your house.

I'am about to allow a family member

move into my house,no lease, rent free.If we don't get along,and I ask him to leave,when does he have to move out? You never know.

If you allow someone to live in your house, you may actually have to give them notice of eviction. Be careful,--you're better off getting proper legal guidance, even if you're going to allow them to live there free.
