I live in a apasrtment and my ac and heat don't work and I have called for about a week to get them to fix it and they tell me they will get to it . what can I do to get them to fix it

Look at your lease agreement, and send a letter to the address listed in the lease and request for repairs. Your lease may even have a specific method of contact for repairs or guarantee a time frame. If it is not fixed, then contact an attorney for assistance. Keep a copy of your letter.
