Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I live in a condo community. The association wants to repair some decks in the community, the problem is I don't own a deck. They want me to pay $400 by November and then they are going to raise our Association dues for 3 years to pay for the other decks in the community.
Is there a law that says I have to pay to have these decks repaired because the 'association' says I do.?
