Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

I live in Michigan. I signed a one year lease to rent a lot at a trailer park. Paid a $517 security deposit. Stayed the full year. All rents paid in full and on time. Moved out 31 Jan. 2011. It is now 23 March and I have not received my deposit return (or any notice of damages- as if I could damage a cement slab) I thought the MI law was 30 days on deposit returns. Am I wrong and does the trailer park have any legal right to keep my deposit longer than 30 days?

Thank you.

No. You should make one more effort at getting your money and the next stop is the small claims court for a lawsuit. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
