Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Lot rent

Hi and Thanks for helping me.

I own a mobile home free and clear but I rent the lot in a manufactured home park. I am moving out of state. My Son, Fiance, and baby want to move into my place so they can save money. What if they break up? what kind of contract would be binding in court so that I can move back into my home If I need to?
