Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

If a money judgement from a small claims court is awarded

If a tenant sues me and gets a Money judgment which I pay right away, will that show up on my credit?

I think I am in the ''right'' but you never know and I just want to know my risk of going to court beside losing money.

It depends if a judgment was entered or a dismissal. Even so, most credit bureaus do not pick up small claims judgments, only normal judgments. Either way, you will want the court (Plaintiff) to enter a satisfaction of judgment to show that it was paid in full.
