Moving out

What is considered normal wear and tear for a 1 years lease to able your self to get your deposit back. They said to shampoo entire rug which needs to be replaced we have dogs and so did the tenants before us. Inside out cupboards clean stove which wasn't that clean from before the bathroom we replced the floor the toilet leaked the floor is diffrent but we told them we have pictures of the place before we moved in
