new owner

I am currently renting a home,to a tenant using a section 8 voucher. I plan to sell. how long does the tenant have to vacate premises after the deed is signed over to the new owner?

The length of time is dependent on when the new owner notifies the tenant to leave pursuant to Michigan's Eviction laws and then pursues the eviction process.
