Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
just rented a "furnished" high end condo. Ad said furnished and it was...but no language in lease agreement that addresses it from thier perspective or mine.
The $11,000 TV broke and the landlord says I am on my own to have it fixed. Options??
