Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I am renting out a home, (I have home owners insurance). It is a single story home in very good condition. My renter wants to babysit her 2 grandchildren a few days a week, I do not know if she is getting paid or not. If someone gets seriously injured or killed while in her care who would be responsible. Example: Burned, Drowned (say in the bath tub), or falls off something) Assuming it was not by any negligence on my part or the safety of the home. Should I have a clause in the lease to address this?

You just need the proper liability coverage. Speak to your insurance agent to make sure you are covered.
