Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I have been renting to own for the past ten years and already paid out for the home. Later found out the house was placed in another person name while I was continuing to rent to own. After I inquire about the deed I was informed it is in another person name. Can I asked for my money I paid for the past ten years?
