scammed by landlords

rented house in Inkster,Michigan 48184 @ 26125 Andover. alleged owners stated that they have never been landlords, but the borther of her husband and wife is the landlord. they overcharged me for security deposit, tenants union had to make them give it back. they refused to give it back in cash, they adjusted it to my rent. 2. tax papers came in my name, I had to call sec. of treasury to inform them I was only a tenant. 3. they black ball previous tenant, they did not know that the neighbors knew the council man, and he was giving them information to help me, not get scam 4. they informed me that they were selling the house in Oct of 2003, I told her that I would be moving, I could not go through the channels of showing the house, working two jobs, also informed the Remax seller . I have paper work, there is so much involed I have to speak with someone. They changed my rental amount after the year of 2003 from 750.00 to 675.00 and charged me with the first amount with security deposit. I need to talk to much more to add. they are currently being sued by previous landlord for fraud.
