Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

Tenant gave date they would move out and have not left property.Can I reclaim property after specified day and change locks and have them removed from premises. There is no written lease

No. You must follow proper landlord tenant protocol with a notice to quit and eviction lawsuit. Do not evict by yourself or you will get sued for damages!
