Tenant / Landlord Dispute

1. After two year of reporting a defective condition in my apartment to the Management company.

2. I made the repairs.

3. I filed a small claims law suit against the Managment company to get reimbursed for the repair cost.

4. The Management company filed a Demand and Order For Removal Small Claims. The Demand is to ''Remove from the small claims division to the general civil division of court''.

5. Question - What should I do next?

They probably did that because they want to hire an attorney. You can proceed in circuit court or ask via a motion in circuit court to remand the case back to the small claims court.
