Tenant not paying rent
I live in Michigan and I have a tenant that has only given me $100 and rent was due on the 1st. Both he and his wife have called and said that they would bring over money and have even given the amount that they would pay...and never showed up or called. I was willing to work with them but after two promises to pay, I'm done being nice

Serve the tenant with a seven-day notice to quit and go from there. The form can be found at
