Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
Trampoline
Our tenants want to have a trampoline on our property that we lease to them. If we draw up papers that hold them solely responsible for any damage to the property or any person or can we still be sued if someone gets hurt on it?

Re: Trampoline
Yes, you can. The contract will be between you and your tenants. It will not bind a third party who gets sued. You will no doubt get sued, especially if the tenant does not have enough insurance to cover the damage. Damage from a trampoline can be devastating. When you get sued, you will then have to turn around and sue the tenant.
It is not worth the risk to satisfy the tenant on this one.
