Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan
I am just wondering if my former landlord can sue me for remaninder of lease and damages if she already evicted me and took me to court for it and judgement was entered at that time. now she is trying to sue me for the same thing just several thousand dollars more.

No, she cannot. The case would be dismissed unless there were new issues or evidence that was undiscoverable.
