Apartment Manager Abuse
I would like to know what i could do about my apartment manager grabbing my arm and pushing me out of her office. I went to the office to ask about a how to get my security deposit back adn she started shouting that she was tired of explaining to me and to get out of her office i said as soon as you explain this to me she then proceeded to grab my arm and hove me out of the office and close the door and hit me in the back with the door is there anything there are witnesses to this attack also is there anything that can be done leagally about this

I don't think you suffered any physical injury, but I suggest that you write a letter, send it certified mail to her AND to the company that hired her, and explain what has happened clearly and without exaggeration.
Explain that you didn't understand the policy as she explained it to you, but that, even so, her methods were heavy-handed and unfair. Explain that you'd like a copy of the policy immediately in writing (or at least the lease attachment that explained it to you when you signed the lease).
Note that the company usually has 30 days after you vacate a property to issue your deposit refund or explain to you in writing why they aren't giving any of it back.
I wouldn't go back to her office, BTW, because if she physically had to ask you to leave, next time, she may call the police, which is a headache you don't want. Not over a security deposit.
